Heat pumps
Heat pumps that keep working when it's cold.
One system that heats in winter and cools in summer. Today's cold-climate models keep heating well below freezing, and a gas furnace can take over on the coldest nights.
Ducted heat pump
Replaces your central AC and handles most of the heating, using your existing ducts.
Dual-fuel
Heat pump plus gas furnace. The system picks the cheaper heat source for the weather, automatically.
Ductless mini-split
For additions, garages, shops and bonus rooms that the main system never reaches.
Honest numbers, not hype.

Heat pump questions
Serving Idaho Falls, Ammon, Rexburg and Shelley.
Do heat pumps really work in Eastern Idaho winters?
Cold-climate models do, well below freezing. On the coldest nights output drops, which is why many homes here pair one with a gas furnace or electric backup heat.
Why does my heat pump blow steam in winter?
That's a normal defrost cycle melting frost off the outdoor coil. It usually lasts a few minutes. If the unit is encased in ice, call us.
Can a heat pump replace my AC only?
Yes. Many people swap a failing AC for a heat pump, keep the gas furnace, and get a dual-fuel system without replacing everything.
Too hot, too cold, or just making a noise?
